Account Information
Your name, email address, password or authentication details, profile information, and any information you choose to add to your account.
Creator Information
Business name, product listings, descriptions, screenshots, logos, pricing, categories, and other information submitted for the AI Directory.
AI Studio Content
Text, images, audio, prompts, and uploaded files that you submit while using AI Studio or AI Lab to generate AI outputs.
Usage Information
Pages visited, searches, filters, AI experiments, FuturePoints activity, clicks, and other interactions that help us improve the Platform.
Technical Information
IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, language settings, and diagnostic data.
Payment Information
Creator subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your complete payment card details on our servers.
Communications
Support requests, contact forms, event registrations, emails, and other messages you send us.
4. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and operate your account and Platform features.
- Process subscriptions, billing, and payments.
- Power AI Studio, AI Lab, and AI model requests.
- Publish and moderate Creator listings.
- Operate FuturePoints and platform rewards.

5. Third-Party Services
We work with trusted service providers such as Stripe for payments, Firebase for authentication, Cloudflare and Vercel for infrastructure, Microsoft Azure for cloud services, and other providers that help us operate the Platform. FutureStore AI LLC operates globally. Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our team or service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

Inputs you provide to AI Studio or AI Lab are processed to generate the AI outputs you request. Some requests may be processed by trusted third party AI model providers.
We may use anonymized or aggregated data to improve our Platform, AI systems, quality, and reliability. We do not use your private content for marketing.
AI Live provides ecosystem insights using aggregated information and does not use your private account data to generate public content.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, update, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal information. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where applicable.
California residents and users in the European Union or United Kingdom may have additional privacy rights under applicable laws such as the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA.

13. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a Do Not Track setting. Because there is no universal standard for these signals, FutureStore.AI does not currently respond differently when they are enabled.
