• Creator: A paid subscription with additional publishing, analytics, and creator features.
• AI Directory: Our searchable collection of AI tools and products.
• AI Lab & AI Studio: Built in AI tools for experimenting, creating, and testing AI models.
• AI Live: Real time AI news, trends, datasets, models, analytics, and industry updates.
• FuturePoints: Reward points earned through eligible activities on FutureStore.AI.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally allowed to enter into these Terms. If you are using FutureStore.AI on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have permission to act on its behalf.

3. Accounts

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep your password and account secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Explorer & Creator Plans

• Explorer is free and includes access to the AI Directory, AI Live, and FuturePoints.
• Creator unlocks product publishing, analytics, higher AI usage limits, SEO features, and additional creator tools.
• Features may change as the platform evolves.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Creator subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices, billing periods, renewals, and included features are shown before purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location.

6. Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds and subscription cancellations are handled according to our Refund Policy. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments unless required by law or stated in our policy.

7. FuturePoints

• FuturePoints are promotional rewards earned through eligible platform activities.
• FuturePoints have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.
• We may change earning methods, redemption options, or expiration rules at any time.
• Accounts abusing the reward system may lose FuturePoints or account access.

8. Submitting AI Products

• You may submit AI products only if you own them or have permission to do so.
• Listings must be accurate and not misleading.
• We review submissions before publishing.
• We may edit, reject, or remove listings that violate our policies.

9. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit.
• By submitting content, you give FutureStore.AI permission to display and promote it on the Platform.
• Reviews and comments must be honest, respectful, and lawful.

10. AI Tools & AI Outputs

FutureStore.AI provides access to AI tools powered by both FutureStore.AI and third party AI providers. AI generated results may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. You should always review AI outputs before relying on them for important decisions.

11. AI Live

AI Live provides news, trends, rankings, analytics, and other AI related information. This content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, medical, or investment advice.

12. Events

FutureStore.AI may list or organize online and in person events. Third party events are managed by their respective organizers, who are responsible for their own content, schedules, and policies.

13. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, hack, or abuse the Platform.
• Do not manipulate rankings, reviews, analytics, or FuturePoints.
• Do not impersonate other people or organizations.

FutureStore.AI connects with third party AI models, payment providers, analytics tools, and external websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
