How Creator subscriptions, cancellations, and refund requests work with Stripe.

This policy describes how we handle refunds and billing questions for paid plans on FutureStore.AI. Explorer (free) accounts do not involve subscription refunds.
Creator subscription (paid)
The Creator plan is a paid subscription billed through Stripe (yearly, unless we state otherwise at checkout). When you pay, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method according to the terms shown in checkout and in your Stripe customer portal.
Cancellations
You can turn off renewal from your billing or account settings where available, or through the Stripe customer portal link we provide. When you cancel renewal, you typically keep Creator access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, your account returns to Explorer limits unless you subscribe again.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for partial periods once a billing period has started. We may make exceptions when required by law, when Stripe or our bank reverses a charge, or when we confirm a clear billing error (for example a duplicate charge for the same period).
If you think you were charged incorrectly, email us soon with your account email and any receipt or invoice details. We will review and respond within a reasonable time.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee a refund simply because you used the Service less than expected or changed your mind, except where our team confirms an error or where applicable law requires otherwise.
Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback, we may suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. Contacting support first usually resolves issues faster.
